What differs luck, fate, fortune and destiny?
Luck:
Luck refers to something happening at a given point of time out of sheer chance/surprise. An unexpected and unusual (having lesser probability) outcome of an event.
Example:
Lucky.
Fortunate word is usually used for a situation in which a sequence of events has happened so fast enough that could not be recorded and whose effect is going to last for a while. Used when some unfavorable outcome has been avoided for whatsoever reasons. Avoid bad luck.
Example:
If you survive an accident.
Fate:
Negative connotation. When something grossly wrong happens out of control of human intervention.
Destiny: Grand design in which the events unfolds in a way to take take you to your destination without your awareness.

what would you say to your parter:
Am I lucky to have you as my partner?
Or
Am I fortunate to have you as my partner?
